General trading conditions
of the company called skinix, Am Krähenhag 9, 78315 Radolfzell - Germany.
The following conditions apply for all contracts, shipments and other services.
We strictly disagree to different regulations of the party to the contract. All other agreements have to be confirmed in writing by us.
Validity
Our offers are non-binding. Small divergences and technical changes to our photos or descriptions can occur. skinsix does not accept any responsibility for possible printing faults and mistakes. The respective internet catalogue loses its validity as soon as there is a new edition.
Right of return / explanation
skinsix grants an unlimited right of two weeks after receipt of the goods according to the regulations of legitimate distant sales. We will refund the whole buying price or another article if requested. In order to meet the deadline simply send back the goods in time. The customer is obliged to return the goods (§ 357 II BGB).
Payment
Shipment is carried out COD. Another payment possibility is cash in advance by transfer to our account. All prices include 19% VAT.
Note: Legal consequences if the goods are worsened/declined
If the goods were used or damaged, skinsix expressively reserves the right to replacement of the value (§§ 357 III BGB). This can be avoided by not removing any labels and stickers and by returning the clothes if disliked carefully packed after examination for size and pleasure.

Part shipment
We reserve the right for part shipments as long as this has a positive influence on a prompt execution.
Non acceptance, refusal, non collection
If not agreed upon otherwise, we will charge the customer the resulted costs plus handling charge if the goods are refused, not accepted or not collected. These costs are calculated from the double shipping costs of the respective shipments plus a handling charge of EURO 12,00. The same applies to merchandise that could not be delivered due to wrong address indication of the customer.
Liability
skinsix does not take any liability for possible damage occuring by using the sold products, especially by improper use.
Guarantee
The guarantee period is two years and applies to faults of the merchandise, i.e. divergence of the actial nature of the merchandise from the one promised by contract (fault in material and production). The article has to be sent back along with the invoice. For this case, skinsix reserves the right to deliver an identic, perfect replacement article against refund of the faulty one. If a new delivery is not possible, the customer has the particular right to minimize the purchasing price or to withdraw from the contract. If he does so, he will be refunded the full purchasing price. If it is the customr´s expressive wish he can chose an article of the same value as replacement at skinsix.
Reservation of prorietary rights
Until the goods are fully paid they remain the property of skinsix.
Data Safety
According to § 28 of the Federal Data Safety Law, we draw your attention to the fact that the data necessary for the business deal are used and safed with the help of a computer system. We will of course treat all personal data confidentially. Customer data will be used and safed by considering the relevant regulations of the Federal Data Safety Laws as well as of the TDDSG. Your personal data will only be passed on for fixed, clear and legal purposes and will not be kept longer than necessary. Copyright
All sites, logo materials and products of skinsix are subject to copyright. The use of graphics, texts, pictures etc. is only allowed with written approval of skinsix.
Court of jurisdiction
The court of jurisdiction is Radolfzell / Germany. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is exclusively valid.
Final regulation
If some of the regulations above are or will be invalid, the validity of the remaining regulations are not influenced.
